For Experts (those receiving the ask):

The Expert community is made up of advisors, mentors, fractional executives, industry consultants, thought leaders, subject matter experts, creators, and professionals who share their Nectly link on LinkedIn, in email signatures, or on websites. They use Nectly to manage inbound requests and monetize their time—or donate it.

Experts can also receive a Nectly link through someone's outreach. They just click the link, pick a slot, and show up for the conversation. After the conversation, they can choose to set up an account so they can get paid for their time or donate to their favorite cause.

• Your payment is released automatically, one hour after the conversation. You choose whether to keep it or donate it to a cause you care about.

Yes. We take privacy seriously. Nectly doesn’t record calls, sell your data, or bombard you with ads. We facilitate the connection, not the conversation.

Seekers: Cancel 12+ hours before the conversation for a full refund or session credit.

Less than 12 hours? No refunds—out of respect for the expert’s time.

Experts: Cancel 12+ hours before the conversation. Cancelling last-minute or no-showing will affect your standing on the platform.
